Reuven Feuerstein is a renowned psychologist, mostly known for his theory of intelligence. He states that ‘it is not ‘fixed’, but rather modifiable’. The idea comes together where intelligence can be adapted through mediation – interventions that sustain in to generating new intelligence. Feuerstein was born in the early 20s in Romania and has lived most of his live in Israel. He is mostly recognized for lifelong achievements in theories and applied systems. The names of these theories are among Structural Cognitive Modifiability, Cognitive Map, Dynamic Assessment and Learning Propensity Assessment Device.
